Guided meditation
“The mind is definitely something that can be transformed, and meditation is a means to transform it”
Types of guided meditation
Spiritual meditation - Spiritual meditation focuses on developing a deeper understanding of spiritualism and connection with a higher power. During a spiritual meditation you will be guided to connect with higher entities according to your personal beliefs, for example, God, a spirit from your faith such as Jesus and/or your spirit guides and angels.
Self-love meditation - Self-love meditation can help you focus on your strengths while forgiving yourself for your shortcomings. With a focus on opening the heart chakra and expressing unconditional love and compassion for oneself, this mediation is perfect for those feeling a bit down on themselves or struggling to stay positive about their lives.
Mindfulness meditation - Mindfulness meditation originates from Buddhist teachings and is the most popular and researched form of meditation in the west. In mindfulness meditation, you will be guided to pay attention to your thoughts and the sensations of your five senses as you observe them, taking note of any patterns.
Guided imagery or visualization meditation - This is a type of meditation that involves focusing attention on a series of images. There are many variations of guided imagery or visualization meditations, including future manifestation, spirit guide communication, self-exploration, chakra clearing, and guided journeys through a past, present or future situation.
Progressive relaxation meditation - The ultimate relaxation meditation sequence, progressive relaxation, also known as a body scan meditation, is a process of releasing tension in the body and letting go of stress. This guided meditation leads you to give yourself a type of mental full body tension release. Excellent for those over-worked, tense or anxious.
Manifestation meditation - Manifestation meditation prompts you to visualize and experience your deepest wishes as if they are already real. Manifestation is creating your reality through your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. It’s the process of focusing on what you would like to have in your life to make it true.
